maxwell moved to the valley when he was 7 or so, after a particular event happened. his parents are divorced, although neither of them are very pressent in his life, he lives with his father and step-mother.
maxwell is supposed to be someone from an important prophecy, but he'd rather hide from it. his friends worry about him, despite his best efforts to seem perfectly fine, and he finds it unnerving.
